Privacy policy

The short version

This policy covers playfullsend.com, run by Full Send, a Roblox games studio. Our games themselves run on Roblox, and what Roblox collects when you play is covered by Roblox's own privacy policy.

Player numbers on the site

The live player counts, visits, favorites and ratings on our homepage come from Roblox's public game data. They are totals for each game and contain no information about you or any other player.

The contact form

When you send us a message we store your name, the email or Discord name you give us, the topic, your message and your IP address. We use it to reply to you, and the IP address only to stop spam and repeat abuse.

Messages are stored on our own server and read only by the Full Send team. We delete old conversations that went nowhere.

Bug reports

When you report a bug we store the game, your device type, what went wrong, the steps you add, your Roblox username if you give it, a screenshot if you attach one, and your IP address.

Reports are only visible to our developers, behind a password. We use them to find and fix the bug, and the IP address only to stop spam. Please don't put passwords, real names, addresses or other personal details in a report. A Roblox username is all we need.

Cookies and storage

Visitors get no cookies from us. The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for our own developers when they sign in to read bug reports. We don't use local storage to track you.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on our own server and is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and routes traffic. Like every website, Cloudflare and our server see your IP address and basic request details when you visit. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, never to build profiles.

Things loaded from elsewhere

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. Links to Roblox games and profiles take you to roblox.com, where Roblox's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask what we have from you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send a message through the contact form with the topic "Something else" and tell us what you sent and when. No forms or legal wording needed.

Children

Lots of our players are young. This site is not built to collect information from children, and the forms don't ask for more than a Roblox username. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian before sending us a message. If we learn that a child under 13 sent us personal information, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be clear on the page itself.
